Refund policy
All Romeo Mama embroidered items are made-to-order, once we have confirmed the photo you have submitted is qualified, it will take up to 3-4 weeks to create. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
We will endeavor to create and post your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
All orders changes or cancellation must be done with 24 hours.
Customized items are non-returnable items
Custom-made embroidered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can always contact us for any question at contact@romeomama.com.au
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@romeomama.com.au
If refunds approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please always monitor your pets/human beings while using the items. Romeo Mama Online Store is NOT responsible for any damage caused to pet or human due to misuse.
Exchanges
All custom made embroidered bandanas are non-exchangeable.
